Looking to get started with treatment?
If you’re interested in becoming a patient of Dr. Bellingrodt, please read this entire page before completing the inquiry form. Please note that Dr. Bellingrodt only works with patients 18 years old and older. She does not treat sex offenders or those with substance abuse/addiction issues or eating disorders. Those are subspecialties, and referrals can be provided if you are looking for treatment in one of those categories.
How does it work?
Sessions are virtual only via teletherapy using the secure Dr. Chrono electronic medical record platform. Please be advised that Dr. Bellingrodt no longer works with any insurance companies, so treatment is cash pay only. (Intake appointments are 55 minutes and cost $200, and follow-up appointments are 45 minutes and cost $175.) Our physical office, which handles reception, scheduling and payment collection, is located inside Pinnacle Psychiatry in Glendale, Arizona.
Where is Dr. Bellingrodt able to practice?
Dr. Bellingrodt is licensed in Arizona but is able to practice in most states in the United States due to reciprocity agreements in place thanks to an organization known as PSYPACT. The list is ever-changing, so click here for a current list of states in which she’s able to practice.
